Added encryption algorithms
<ul>
<li>Added the encryption algorithms AES128_CCM, AES196_CCM, AES256_CCM and ChaCha20-Poly1305 for in- and outbound AS2 processing. </li>
<li>Set the encryption 3DES in the partner management to yellow (non-binding safety information) because according to guidelines provided by NIST on July 19, 2018, 3DES has been be deprecated after 2023.</li>
<li>Set new partner defaults for newly created partners: encryption AES-128 (CBC) and signature sha-256</li>
<li>Updated the partner documentation regarding the encryption algorithm information</li>
