Additional SFNA reasons
<ul>
<li>Added several Start File Negative Answer (SFNA) reasons for requested inbound file transfer: SFNAREAS=15 Cipher suite not supported, SFNAREAS=18 Compression not allowed, SFNAREAS=13 Duplicate File</li>
<li>Certificate manager: Its possible to export the private key as PEM now</li>
<li>Certificate manager: If you import a private key via pkcs#12, the full trust chain is imported also now (if it exists)</li>
<li>Certificate manager: If you export a certificate tp PEM, the full trust chain is exported also now (if it exists)</li>
<li>Dependencies: Updated commons-codec to 1.17.1</li>
<li>Dependencies: Updated Hikari to v6.0.0 (DB connection pooling)</li>
