We are currently using Mendelson AS2 v1.1 and have recently encountered an issue where we are no longer receiving any incoming messages/payloads from our trading partner. However, we are still able to send payloads to them successfully without any issues.
As part of our investigation, we have confirmed the following:
• There have been no recent system or network configuration changes.
• The firewall port forwarding rule for TCP port 8444 is already in place and appears to be configured correctly.
• We have restarted the server and all Mendelson AS2 services.
• Firewall logs indicate that packets from the trading partner are reaching our firewall.
• Despite this, the incoming messages are not being processed by the Mendelson AS2 application or written to the inbox/outbox processing folders.
At this stage, we are unable to determine the cause of the issue.
