We are currently using Mendelson AS2 v1.1 and have recently encountered an issue where we are no longer receiving any incoming messages/payloads from our trading partner. However, we are still able to send payloads to them successfully without any issues.
As part of our investigation, we have confirmed the following:
• There have been no recent system or network configuration changes.
• The firewall port forwarding rule for TCP port 8444 is already in place and appears to be configured correctly.
• We have restarted the server and all Mendelson AS2 services.
• Firewall logs indicate that packets from the trading partner are reaching our firewall.
• Despite this, the incoming messages are not being processed by the Mendelson AS2 application or written to the inbox/outbox processing folders.
At this stage, we are unable to determine the cause of the issue.

So basic trouble shooting. AS2 V1.1 What is the build number and what OS are you running?
First check to see what ports the AS2 server is configured for under File-->Preferences-->Connectivity
I think HTTP defaults to 8080 and HTTPS is set to 8443 do these ports work from the local machine ? You mentioned 8444 ?
If the local port access is working then check to see if the firewall on the local machine is configured for the ports you want to use.
